Mainly I really like photographing modern architecture because I can get away with using a more modern and abstract style.
Moreover, as a huge fan of wide-angle lenses, it's quite easy to produce extreme perspective or unusual angles. A telephoto lens is always good for isolating particular elements of a building in order to create stunning abstract effects.
Light, contrast, color, B&W, post processing, play a huge role in this kind of photography.
In conclusion, architecture photography is a very versatile subject, that allows to express all the creativity that's in us...or at least...mine!
